In 2024, I took part in Cantito Lisboa, a multidisciplinary artistic gathering that brings together live music, visual arts, and community in an intimate and collaborative setting.
Cantito is an independent platform focused on creating shared artistic experiences, where different forms of expression unfold simultaneously. The format encourages proximity between artists and audience, allowing the creative process to be witnessed in real time and experienced as part of a collective atmosphere.
During the event in Lisbon, I created a painting inspired by the sunset over the city’s most iconic bridge, capturing a moment of light, movement, and atmosphere within the urban landscape.
The piece immediately resonated with one of the participants and was acquired during the event itself, reinforcing the strength of live creation as a direct and emotional exchange between artist and viewer.
Being part of Cantito Lisboa expanded my experience within live art environments, deepening my interest in creating work that exists not only as a finished piece, but as a shared and present moment.
